At Doggy Kings, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
